Meet The Team

 Travis is carrying on a proud family tradition, having inherited the meat business from his father and grandfather. A lifelong resident of Kingston’s east end, Travis now lives on-site with his wife, Stephanie.

When he’s not at the shop, you’ll find Travis camping, boating, or cheering on his beloved Toronto Maple Leafs!

 Cathy brings a diverse background to the team, with a career in automotive sales and finance and experience with the Canadian Naval Reserves. Her connection to the meat industry goes back to her teenage years, when she first worked part-time in a butcher shop.

Outside of work, Cathy enjoys golfing, boating, and travelling. 

 Mark is our in-store butcher, proud father of two, and a familiar face in the family meat business. After years in construction, he returned to his roots and joined the family trade. When he’s not behind the counter, you’ll find him fishing or “cutting a rug” on the dance floor!
